Pluspunten

The campus is beautiful and good availability of all sorts of office services. Its a very good organization indeed, my skills including communication ,interpersonal and over all confidence has enhanced with the opportunities provided to me over the given period of time. Quarterly meetings with the HR addresses any issue related to employees (specially women). Growth opportunities are high in the organization.

Minpunten

Not about the company but the traffic jams and particularly the Hoshangabad highway is a problem through rainy seasons.

They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
