The company is in Bhopal (cheap tier 2 city with beautiful surroundings). They provide free bus transport facility. They provide parents health insurance also. They have lush green campus where you can take walk.

Minpunten

Too much work pressure and treatment like a machine not a human. Work life balance is a issue here. Weekend workings sometimes and difficult to take leaves even if you are sick. Very lesss compensation as compared to other IT employers (they take advantage of single IT company in Bhopal.) Didn't have a single team outing in my 2 yrs of stay.

They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
