Pluspunten
- They took a chance on me. They saw my potential and trained and supported me to grow into my role (and flourish) despite my not having much experience when I joined
- The team I worked with was really nice and fun, and everyone supported each other
- Roles weren't siloed, so I got the opportunity to work on all kinds of different, interesting, and exciting things that I might not have had at another company doing similar work
Minpunten
- I think that work-life balance, and support of that, could perhaps be a bit better based on my experience/role there specifically, but this did improve while I was there when it was raised
- Started requiring more in-office work again after the pandemic, despite the fact that it wasn't really necessary for me or my team, and would be more expensive (given travel costs, etc), but they also didn't push this too much which was good
