Some nice employees. Good PTO.

Minpunten

Good old boys club. Little to no women in management positions. No support or advancement for non-brokers. Micro-management with a very bureaucratic structure.

When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

Minpunten

The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
