The company states that it will continue to "support" its remote workforce, however, there are no opportunities for growth or advancement for remote-based employees. All new/current positions are tied to a physical location.

While accountability and policy adherence are important, I found the coaching and performance management process to be inconsistent. In my case, concerns that ultimately led to my separation were based on examples spanning many months, yet they were never addressed through coaching or corrective feedback when they occurred. This made it difficult to identify and correct issues before they escalated. After many years with the company and no prior disciplinary history, I would have appreciated a more proactive approach to employee development and communication. Managers have many responsibilities, but regular feedback and timely coaching should remain a priority to help employees succeed and avoid preventable outcomes.
