I will echo what others have said privately- If you are a visible minority- forget about getting a management or higher position within this org. There are literally NONE. No one, zilch. zero. It looks like you stepped into 1974. They like to pat themselves on the back for having more men than women at the VP level (That's normal). The problem is a lack of racial diversity at the MANAGEMENT, DIRECTOR AND EXECUTIVE AND BOARD LEVEL- there isn't any and one Asian woman doesn't count (who left NexJ in April 2017. I wonder why?).
There is no job security. Restructuring happens every few years. The last restructuring process occurred at the end of 2017.
There is ALOT of waste. Managers, Directors, and executive team are overpaid. Many are unqualified for their positions and have been handed the job over more qualified people. Lots of ‘more qualified’ people have left NexJ to join its competitors.
Morale is very low. Past employee surveys are consistently negative but instead of improvements, people are told to leave if they aren't happy.
HR is useless, literally pointless; there have been instances where they actually report what staffs confide in them to the manager (according to recent former NexJ employees).
