Poor & arrogant management - If you speak against them , they revenge for it in future Poor in knowledge across company. - except few good resources Policies are not defined properly yet. Poor salary - not up to market even. Politics Many are in idle. Dont treat employee friendly , but call patner . but they do brain wash very well. not professional management.
