Pluspunten
I've been working for NGB for the past 6 months and I don't have more than good things to say about it. My superiors support my ideas and teach me a lot of new things not just on the professional side but also on the personal one. My KPIs and objectives push me to get better every day at my job and to learn how to be organized, responsible, self-oriented and much more. The support I receive is outstanding and helpful. I'm more than eager to keep working here and grow within the company.

Maybe some incentives to keep morale high such as providing computers or giving the option to go to the office when we want. I want a hybrid model of work because I like to share time with m coworkers, have a good time and feel like I'm actually in the company.
