Being walking distance to downtown, having a private office, small company, ok with playing music in office and taking personal calls if needed.

Minpunten

Very aggressive owner and no direction or deadlines created. Everything is just a big rush when the owner says he wants it, with no warning even when you've asked multiple times for a rough deadline to prioritize your work flow. The work isn't that great and not over time consuming but the temper of the owner creates a very stressful environment. I wouldn't recommend putting yourself in that situation. Also the owner is extremely cheap and offers no benefits. The other employees talk about him constantly so its unclear why anyone is there.

This employee was terminated after a short employment term with our company. The employee was not a good fit for our company and was very confrontational and routinely exhibited insubordinate behavior. We strongly encourage prospective employees to discover the benefits of working with our firm through other employees or their own inquiries.
