I work for one of the brands that Next15 own. I like the London office space. I’ve met lovely people both within my part of Next15 and accross other brands owned by them.
Minpunten
My salary is poor and within our brand pay rises have been frozen for over half a year. Even without a freeze, the salary would still be non-competitive for the title and experience. Whilst we may not be performing as well as some last years, we still make a consistent profit but that profit does not trickle down the system. It feels as though there is no longer progression. I have also felt as though Next15 have shown less interest in the smaller brands within their system.
