Dont get flattered by Hikes Too much politics and few seniors will decide everything what happens, its almost they run the office Few favourites will do nothing throughout the year, but their hike will be high, you will work 12 hours a day and end up with nothing Work life balance will ruin your career and family life Working on weekends and midnight is a norm here, logging off at 10pm itself a miracle Log hours like anything only then hikes are considered Lack of professional approach to do something Used to be a good place, now more like sinking ship Attrition rate is so high, management couldn't care less Talented people have left the company, now left with people who couldnt find a good job themselves Lack of people to lookup to and learn few things 5/6 years back it was good, now environment is toxic Will be doing same work, again and again
