Entitled staffed members. Many employees believe because it's a mission based organization they can get away with things that you would never see in a for profit.

- Excessive virtual meetings that frequently run over time and often end without clear decisions or actionable next steps - Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members holding dual roles or overseeing departments outside their areas of expertise - Largely absent or ineffective IT and HR teams - Lack of updated training and onboarding resources for new hires - Frequent before/after-hours “urgent” communications from CEO, many of which could reasonably wait until regular business hours.
