Pluspunten

Ok starting salary for a recent grad. Good coworkers.

Minpunten

No training for support specialists. They will tell you they have training but they lie. They invest very little Time money or effort to make the support organization better. Sales people are the kings of the company and get treated as such. You are expected to hit unrealistic goals. These goals were realistic a few years back but did not change as the company grew. Management never admits the problems the company has and acts like it's the greatest company in the world. New upper management is trying to make things better but they did not realize the problems the inherited from previous owner. They sugar coat everything but life as a support specialists was hell. The worst part is no chance for advancement. They created new positions but call them "lateral" movement with was a fancy way of saying you aren't getting a raise. I left with no job lined up and was happier poor unemployed.

Pluspunten

Remote work and pet insurance were the most valuable benefits during my time there.

Minpunten

Leadership and internal communication could be improved. Opportunities for advancement did not feel equitable or accessible, and there appeared to be limited diversity within the organization, particularly in accounting and finance. Career growth pathways were unclear, and decisions around promotions and development often seemed based on preference rather than performance or readiness. Compensation transparency was also an area of concern, and conversations around salary or role clarity were sometimes met with dismissiveness rather than support. When my position was eliminated, there was no discussion about internal transfer or professional development options, despite open roles shortly after. Additionally, feedback mechanisms did not always feel anonymous or actionable, which made it difficult for employees to express concerns openly. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement in creating a supportive, inclusive environment with clear career mobility and transparent communication without retaliation.
