Pluspunten
I worked for nextech for 3 years. When I left the company it was on the up. At the time they added many C-suite positions for addtional structure that have never been there before and an entire HR department which was much needed. The company started off small and grew exponentially and thus the structure to grow was not there until recently. When I left, what they were putting in place was everything that I thought needed to happen to grow. There is definately room for growth but you have to show that you are interested and show that you work hard. Basically don't expect something to happen to you just because you are a body in the crowd of many.

Culture. There is a disconnect between upper management and lower management as far as feasibility to meet goals. Some employees became overly negative effecting the mood of the employees around them thus hurting the team as a whole. Either straighten them up or ship them out.
