There are so many people that have jobs that push all their job responsibilities onto other people or have no idea how to do their jobs they can't effectively do their own. Management thinks everyone wants to work endless overtime due to poor scheduling and lack of maintenance for the last 50 years. Management expects you to be available 24/7 without paying for it. There was a recent overtime policy rolled out but you have to fight for it to be paid.
