Ever since the new CIO started things have been pretty bad. He is spending money on technologies that he doesn't know how to implement ripping out stuff that is actually working. The IT team has about 100% turnover right now. The CIO style is to leave people in the dark and surprise them with massive change in direction and doesn't know how to bring people along and actually lead. It is now a toxic situation.

Years ago my services were no longer required by the company. They had decided to move in a different direction. Instead of being like most companies that walk you out the door. They gave me plenty of time to find a job while i was still employeed. They really do treat their employees like family. I'm very grateful of my time being part of their family.
