The company cares deeply about the well-being of its employees, and it is truly the first company where I can happily say that the “People First” approach is not just a slogan, but actual actions that are evident quite often when interacting not only with HR, but also with top management. The company is sensitive to employees' requests, their problems, and potential inconveniences, and is willing to meet employees halfway. I see that the company invests a lot in its employees and is not interested in staff turnover, which gives me confidence in the future. I would also like to mention that the company allows you to grow as a specialist, and thanks to the large number of projects, you have the opportunity to learn new things and really see your contribution to the work you do. The absence of toxicity is something I have not seen before in other companies, but at 923, I do not observe this, which is definitely a good thing. Working at 923 is truly a pleasure and gives you confidence in tomorrow!
