Still fairly new but it didn't take long to see why NinjaOne has such a strong reputation. The culture is genuinely collaborative, leadership is transparent, and the product is something you can actually get behind. Benefits are solid too. So far it's lived up to everything I heard before joining.

They don't offer 401k matching (yet)

The company provides great resources, strong career growth opportunities, and an excellent environment to learn and succeed. Relocating for this opportunity was one of the best decisions I’ve made, and the entire process has been smooth and positive.

I honestly don’t have any major cons to mention. My experience so far has been very positive, and I’ve felt welcomed and supported since joining the company.
