I learned a lot at Nitrex

Minpunten

Unstable job, might as well have a fixed-term contract. People were let go each year without warning. Management also could not figure out how to effectively manage a project, delays are always pushed onto the devs to fix. Management also refused to hire a project manager for the whole time I was working, and apparently delayed projects was still the dev's fault.

Unique and fast paced work with a laid-back tone. Good experience towards developing skills in related fields.

Pay scale is unbalanced and management seems incompetent in relation to understanding daily needs in production and among obtaining/retaining quality employees.
