- The CEO, Jeff Scheur, creates a psychologically unsafe workplace. Under stress, he becomes fixated on inconsequential details and often lashes out at employees (especially women) with condescension, belittlement, and unpredictable outbursts. - Multiple women were subjected to demeaning and aggressive behavior, often in public settings. Others were quietly “buffered” from Jeff to prevent further harm- effectively removing their seat at the table and limiting growth. - HR and executive leadership failed to take meaningful action despite repeated complaints and exit feedback (after having received dozens of complaints), allowing this pattern of behavior to persist to this day. - The CEO’s behavior not only harms employees but has directly impacted client relationships, brand perception, and business outcomes. - Talented team members continue to leave due to a toxic and demoralizing culture at the top. - Diversity is not prioritized in hiring or across leadership; if you were to see a picture of senior leaders (Director and above), they are all white.
