Minpunten
After many successful years with high performance reviews, I took a job working for a difficult manager that others avoided. Manager was not open to any ideas that conflicted with theirs. After only a short time, I was given a poor performance review and then laid off. Only months earlier, I'd been told I was the future of my department. During layoff, I was told I no longer had the skills and experience they needed. Hard to know where you stand with Noblis. I'm not bitter about the layoff; just saddened. I was really looking forward to a future there; pity I started working for the wrong manager.
