Great work-life balance, meaningful work, excellent colleagues, compensated fairly for performance. Unlike other companies in the government contracting world, Noblis works very hard to place employees on other assignments if project work dries up.

Everything. Management and co-workers were extraordinary. Work was rewarding. Had many opportunities to learn and lead our customer in technical directions.

As a subcontractor, there was a few weeks delay in getting paid, but that was resolved over time.
