This company is really making a positive impact on artisan business partners and ambassadors. They heavily focus on taking care of artisans and receiving feedback from ambassadors (their salespeople). Fun environment to work in, very passionate CEOs. Benefits are pretty good for being a small company.

Minpunten

Underpay their home office staff. If you take a job here, don't expect to receive a raise anytime soon, so make sure you start at a pay you're comfortable with staying at for a long time. Huge disconnect between departments. They won't fire managers who don't do a good job, so good employees become so tired with these managers and leave. The cycle just continues.
