If you are a remote worker, be prepared because NARS has someone monitoring your keystrokes, recording your phone calls (not necessarily for quality purposes), counting the number of calls that you don't pick up (even when you are already on the phone or the caller called the wrong number and hung up). They reuse phone numbers from former employees in other departments, so expect to get numerous calls each day that have nothing to do with your department. The level of disrespect NARS has for their remote workers is off the chart. The high claim loads mean reps have no time to not work their files. But NARS management is still counting key strokes. P.S. all new hires are told to write a positive review as part of the onboarding.

Thank you for your service to NARS. In regard to your feedback, we want to clarify that we do not monitor keystrokes; instead, we monitor activities contained within the claim system. Our phones are on rotation throughout units, so calls occasionally come through for other adjusters. During weekly new hire onboarding and training, our recruiting team discusses a vast amount of information, including review sites such as this. We have discussed that we actively monitor these sites, and if you are interested in leaving an honest review of your experience, we would appreciate the feedback. When visitors view our site, they will see reviews from employees of all different tenures. Integrity is important to us, so we wanted to be sure to provide you with clarification.

NARS provides a good workplace. The systems are good and work well. The pay is fair and The CEO is an excellent man who does care about his company.

Minpunten

Bad senior management Vice Presidents are power hungry and do not know how to treat employees. They lose more employees because of their actions. Some individuals allowed clients who are in runoff (leaving) do just that to their employees. NARS lost to many accounts not due to staff but because they allowed them to run the show. Business decisions should be made on what’s best for our clients, employees and claimants. Stand up and do what is best for the company not one man’s ego.
