Pluspunten

I genuinely like working with the people here, which is something I get to do with this customer service role and as a member of the North Aware team. Everyone is friendly, and there’s some flexibility that allows for you to pitch ideas in departments you’re not a part of, which is cool.

Minpunten

I’m very good at what I do, but like any customer support role, sometimes angrier customers can wear you down a little. But management is good about standing by you, and they’ll let you take a breather after an especially tough customer experience.

I have been working at North Aware full-time (More than a year) For most of my career I’ve worked at large established companies. This is a first time I’ve worked at what most would consider a startup. When I first started at North Aware I was nervous about whether I would be able to adapt to a startup type environment. But I’ve actually been pleasantly surprised. Have met a number of people at the company that I consider friends now and I’ve come to like the work atmosphere here. It’s exciting!

Minpunten

I’m pretty convinced north aware will continue to grow over the next year and more. The company needs to continue to prepare for growth to make it as smooth as possible.
