I was taken outside at the end of my shift, sat on the side of a curb with no warning and no option for a support person. - Zero real coaching or development despite being told the role would be supportive and growth-focused. - Expectations are unclear, constantly shifting, and never explained directly to staff. - Leadership culture relies on assumptions instead of communication, and it creates a tense environment where staff feel scared to speak up. - What you’re promised in the interview does not match the reality once you start.
