Constantly meeting new people from different countries, the town itself and it's history, the place when it got busy, was absolutely crazy, the money was great.

Minpunten

Upper management failed to listen to concerns, usually ignored suggestions, promised a lot, lied about most. I should clarify, when I say upper management, it doesn't include the management at the physical bar or hotel. I'm talking head office management where decisions are made.

Extreme micro-management so much so that employees can be afraid to even request or use tape. Non competitive pay
