On the point regarding our systems, they have grown old and tired, though still help us get the job done behind the scenes. We are investing big in new modern technology in a major transformation of our core systems and processes. This will help our colleagues be productive and customer focussed, and take out a lot of the complexity we have today. The initial release of our new business applications will be in 2019 with regular updates following on to ensure continuous improvements for our colleagues and customers.
