Great people to work with who have expanded my knowledge of credit control. This is in the main down to one special dedicated and driven manager of credit risk

Worried that skilled and knowledgeable people are leaving. The manager mentioned above is leaving after 14 years - her knowledge and passion for the business is amazing and will not be easily replaced if at all

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. As you will know we are going through a significant period of change within the organisation, but most especially in our Finance Teams. As with any change this leads to concerns which may cause people to leave the organisation. While it is sad to see knowledgeable people leave we have to accept that individuals need to make the decision that is right for them. It’s great to hear you say that the individual concerned has developed the knowledge of those in their team so hopefully the gap will be small. We hope that through the communication channels that we are putting in place during the change process, any concerns that staff have can be raised and addressed within the organisation. With the new leadership structure now in place within the credit team we hope that this will instill confidence in staff to take forward and deliver our transformation programme.

Useless management.
New business Team (order takers) get all the praise whilst the Account Managers do all the work.
Commission structure is always tailored to New business. Paid in arrears and is always wrong, lucky if you do manage to sort it.
Senior management are a waste of time, take it or leave it.
Lost load of good people because of this attitude.
No career progression, ones that do get promoted into seniors end up redundant. This seems to be a trend same thing every few years.
