      Toxic management, no duty of care towards staff, backstabbing, too much work for the pay provided, Disrespectful colleagues, bullying and manipulation is OK here. If you value your mental health then stay away

      Where to start….. Useless management. New business Team (order takers) get all the praise whilst the Account Managers do all the work. Commission structure is always tailored to New business. Paid in arrears and is always wrong, lucky if you do manage to sort it. Senior management are a waste of time, take it or leave it. Lost load of good people because of this attitude. No career progression, ones that do get promoted into seniors end up redundant. This seems to be a trend same thing every few years.
