I joined Northgate 6 months ago, and I have found that the culture, people and the way we engage with our customers is the best I have seen in 35 years of working for some of the largest organisations and PLCs in the UK. Everyone I have met at any level within the business has been incredibly helpful and supportive, with a real sense of purpose to succeed, not just for themselves but for the whole company. The benefits are very good, as is the chance to progress within the business, which I have already seen great examples of. The training and development for new starters, and continued training throughout the business is one of the best programmes I have seen.
