The individuals I worked with and other coworkers in the office, minus leadership

The benefits started out great. Company paid 100% of staff benefits then 85% and then changed to a program that was pretty much a paid Medicaid program. They took away all paid holidays and now have to use pto. Leadership only cares about themselves and their pocket books. Below market pay.

Strong sense of camaraderie among clinicians, built through navigating shared challenges within the organization.

Minpunten

Lack of accountability from management, minimal training and clinical support, and insufficient oversight for complex cases. Unrealistic expectations place clinicians in ethically concerning situations without proper guidance or support, and these challenges continue to escalate over time. Clinicians who attempt to set appropriate boundaries may be singled out or treated as a problem, with pressure and intimidation from corporate to move forward regardless. There is little sense of trust or psychological safety with leadership, as clinician concerns are frequently dismissed or reframed in ways that invalidate their experiences—even when multiple clinicians report the same patterns. These issues contribute to high burnout, high turnover, and negatively impact the quality of care provided to clients.
