Too many managers all with their own agenda. Monthly bonuses were relied heavily on sales team…if as a whole group we did not hit a certain quota- loan processing would not be paid on that loan (but everyone else would) where other companies pay ‘per loan closed’ regardless of branch closings. Customer contact is required, normally not a con but if you are working with a client and then you don’t even get paid a small fee per loan it’s very discouraging and really doesn’t drive me to work so hard or as passionate the next time around. Salary on the lower end of position. Asked to do others job or threatened of replacement. Sales team can be disrespectful but if they make the company decent money bad behavior is overlooked.
