Some of the management staff do not know the meaning of separating personal and professional when it comes to managing staff. There is a lot of favoritism and cliques.

A great hospital system to be employed with; I have enjoyed my tenure here. The company embraces transparency and provides good options for their employees to advance within a career assisting with education options and skill trainings.
