      Great benefits, including a pension plan. Employer matches retirement plan. Management is supportive.

      Minpunten

      Have to use PTO for holidays if you work in outpatient setting. Not enough sick time to use since you have to use PTO for holidays.

      Pluspunten

      A great hospital system to be employed with; I have enjoyed my tenure here. The company embraces transparency and provides good options for their employees to advance within a career assisting with education options and skill trainings.
