- Great co-workers, for the individuals that weren't eliminated by the recent lay-offs. - Product has an great use case, however due to the lack of relevant marketing put into the company, will continue to struggle even catching the attention of individuals using competitors.
Minpunten
-Zero consideration for company culture. Kitchen is always empty, lunches only come on holidays and happy hours must require all high-ups, Good luck getting anything funded on your own sales peeps! -The leaderships arrogance genuinely impacts the entire salesforce due to their lack of being open minded. Many come from different sales roles and continuously are pushing outdated tactics which are essentially this way or the highway. I don't find it coincidental all of other leaders who had different ideas, were recently let go or departed volunteering -Preach growth from within, yet provides zero path for promotion and halts any successful individual who may be trending faster than the "set" timeline.
