Cool new technology developments, working on exciting projects

Minpunten

Poor pay, HR is bad at communication and rude, Leadership don't know how to run a business. Bad work life balance. Overall bad company. Ultimately, the material is not suitable for paper cups. It has been rejected by larger companies for mass production already.

The management team expects impossible outcomes with providing least resources. They fire people left and right which led to team member’s frustration.
