Salary was higher than expected though didn't get yearly raises. Staff were helpful.

Minpunten

Staff to patient ratios unsafe most times. If you complain its on deaf ears. No yearly raises due to cost cutting. Health insurance is expensive.

Care associates are allowed to do what CNAs do, but they do not have to have the certification. Entry level pay is the same and there are equal raises between roles each year. Part time status an average of 24 hr/week, you can work more than that and you receive full benefits, two forms of bonus every year, immediate PTO (80hrs/year). 12 or 8 hour shifts available, make your own schedule

Minpunten

sometimes short staffed unit, so work becomes fast-paced - if you like being active and constantly moving, this job is fun.
