benefits,not much to choose from since novant owns most of the medical groups in my area

Minpunten

compensation plan for mid-levels is unfair.paid by productivity but we have very little,almost no,control of our productivity

Care associates are allowed to do what CNAs do, but they do not have to have the certification. Entry level pay is the same and there are equal raises between roles each year. Part time status an average of 24 hr/week, you can work more than that and you receive full benefits, two forms of bonus every year, immediate PTO (80hrs/year). 12 or 8 hour shifts available, make your own schedule

sometimes short staffed unit, so work becomes fast-paced - if you like being active and constantly moving, this job is fun.
