Pluspunten
Fast career progression for those who are reliable and willing to work for it. There is a strong representation of females in management positions and in recent years they have been very supportive of flexible work arrangements to fit work/life balance (option of 10, 9 or 8 day fortnights for Fulltime staff). Most of management have started in trainee roles and progressed through leadership. Over the several years employed with Novaskill I have always felt compassion and respect from my colleagues and superiors.
Minpunten
High staff turnover, which seems in line with VET industry in recent years. Unfortunately the national shortage in Trainer/Assessors in VET sector impacts all organisations in the industry and is an extremely competitive market.
