Pluspunten
Good mission. Ok benefits/perks at first, a lot of nice people but you don't get to work with them too much or at least not closely. Free lunch in the office sometimes.
Minpunten
No one has any clue what is going on. Never seen project management done like this; never seen a company run like this. All of the projects change from the top while you're in the middle of working on them so nothing ever really finishes or if it does finish whatever comes out of it doesn't work. Just enough toxic people and teams to make it a pretty miserable environment for a lot of really good people who just want to do their jobs well. Constant stress and seems to be getting worse not better. The executives do not work well together or seem to have a clear direction. No idea what the CEO does. Isn't present in any of the offices from waht anyone can tell. Rest of the csuite and svps just fight with each other.
