Leadership is lacking management skills! My supervisor was very condescending on a regular basis, he has the attitude of "Its my way or the highway" he wasn't open for suggestions, There was no communication at all. He would take any opportunity to make someone feel small and insignificant. There is no type of team vibe. there is no Integrity!
