Very antiquated, do not use electronic prescribing systems Management unpleasant and extremely critical of work Extremely high turnover of staff Expected to know everything from day 1, adequate training and settling in period not provided Some cliques within the team Not much variety in workload

No value placed on staff , staff are treated like they are dispensable, recently huge cuts to employee benefits and no access to online journal articles or regard for evidence based practice
