5yThank you for taking the time to write a review. We are disappointed to hear that you walked away with a poor impression of some of our leaders. In 2020, we've continued our investment in developing great leaders by expanding our leadership training and are working to create leadership expectations that make it clear what is needed to be a successful manager at Numerator.
Like most companies, there are limited instances where we come to a mutual agreement with an employee leaving our company that includes standard provisions on confidentiality and what can be disclosed publicly. In general, we encourage all feedback to be shared so that we can continue to enhance and grow our culture in whatever forum people choose.
