Delivery unit - The least said the better. Epitome of favouritism, bias and opinionated. Some people are always thought that they 'do more' even if they don't. Others are thought just to make up numbers. You only hear a few names, management tells you in meeting how others are better. This is your motivation - and the person leading the team is professional VP! You can actually seen and feel bias on the floor. You are given deadlines, even before you have seen data and imagined reports/Dashboards. There are a bunch of solution architects who you need to rubber stamp your development approach - but be ready to take the blames on you for any issues or delays found later!! You need to be in good ranks of the management - And for a company that calls itself a startup, the culture is worse than for a an average services company Their strategies keep changing every year, thier project plans every quarter, and requirements - well they change overnight. You need to be good with higher ups in Delivery to be able to not being singled out. The man leading it is way too biased who goes about supporting his favourites.
