Project manager there will talk good word to you if he need you , smtg like every1 is important , when he know u going to leave , totally no more appreciate your hard work , even said you not here also not affecting their productivity. (If you like ur hard work is not appreciated , they welcomed you) Is good to apply position like assistant supervisor or supervisor , even supervisor have the right to give order to engineer. Although SM advise their engineer to give order to technician or supervisor , but at the end sometime SM listen to supervisor more than their engineer. A good place to learn how to act. From Project Manager , when any management level walking to you , just need to act to work , even you have the capability finished you daily job earlier , if you not acting ,in their mindset , mean that you are free and nothing to do. Don’t need to be outstanding at there, no chance for you to perform , the more you perform the more job you handle with the little price salary or increment. OT is a MUST , although they say no job then don’t need ot , we not forcing you to OT everyday . But at the end , come out the sentences , very hard to promote you , due to your OT hour seem like very less. Some good sentences will come out like , not we dwn to promote you , but boss saying ur ot less mean that you very free , it’s difficult to pursue them. Overall , need to act and make managers happy. Friendly from manages in MD1 is fake. Just a mask for them to survive and promote higher. Every mistake happen they will have a tutor for you like ( should be like that ma/you never think about this meh /why never ask me/this stuff very easy you also don’t know) But when you ask , they just reply , this one do a lot time already , you find reference yourself. The culture is best and perfect !
