Management with old mindset. You are required to do OT always (40-50 hours monthly) Old mindset where even if you do not have job to do and if you OT, you are considered hardworking. Other companies out there limit their OT as if the employee is doing OT alot it means the employee is burdened with work or not productive or something wrong with management work distribution. But here is opposite, if you go back on time after completing your tasks, you are considered having lot of free time and they will assign you with more tasks. Salary also is below standard market range. I was from a company which required us to do OT when necessary and I thought it is same here but I warn you guys. IT IS NOT THE SAME. You are even sometimes expected to work weekends (Sun included at time) or till late nights ( 10.30 to even till 1 am if got overseas support or urgent work). Funny thing is if you exceeded your OT limit, you are not being paid for it. SO UNFAIR RIGHT?
