Pluspunten

Some incredibly intelligent people, made some very good friends there. Strong belief in the product's efficacy drives a unified vision to spread the word that this can really help people. Some nice perks- massage, cocktail hours, dog-friendly.

Minpunten

Hypocritical. During a week of office "psychological safety" training, they gathered us in a room and told us that "none of our jobs were safe." And then we had to go back and finish the training. And then they denied that they ever said it. Insecure CEO does not trust his own instincts, he will listen to the next person who whispers in his hear...until he tires of that person and moves on to the next. HR there is relentlessly unsympathetic. Huge turnover long hours and constant questioning of your worth.

High workload / resource constraints – lean teams sometimes mean longer hours or juggling multiple responsibilities. Rapid pace / fast change – decision-making and priorities can shift quickly, which can be challenging to keep up with. Dependence on key people – with smaller teams, losing a team member can create temporary gaps or disruptions.
