(Allowing sick employees to return to work, not enforcing mask use despite close proximity) Significant number of employees are using hard drugs and alcohol on campus, despite leadership ‘awareness’ Increasing number of HR, QA, and Safety related incidents False Culture; racism, etc.. Constantly working on Holidays Safety related Training substandard Located in Grant County (high property crime)

Lots of equipment to learn in the manufacturing side of the business. Lets you understand how mostly all warehouse, manufacturing, and large corporations function; not just Nutrilite.

Minpunten

You need to do all the work yourself. For example, set up a 401k, research benefits like tuition reimbursement, and most of the help comes from their headquarters in Michigan. Adding a 3 hour to full day delays in communication.
