Minpunten

Incredibly political and clique environment. If you are among the in group or liked by the higher ups, then there is no wrong that you can do. If you are not toeing the company line or ask questions as to why, be prepared to be literally blocked out of the inner circle. Results are secondary to building superficial and shallow relationships. Sadly the blue collar workers are strung along by smiling faces with dead eyes. Be prepared to play the political game or be prepared to find a new job fast

Lots of equipment to learn in the manufacturing side of the business. Lets you understand how mostly all warehouse, manufacturing, and large corporations function; not just Nutrilite.

Minpunten

You need to do all the work yourself. For example, set up a 401k, research benefits like tuition reimbursement, and most of the help comes from their headquarters in Michigan. Adding a 3 hour to full day delays in communication.
